Welcome to phersona.ai, the prelaunch website for Phersona, operated by Aira Technologies Limited, a company registered in New Zealand ("Phersona", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site, joining the waitlist or taking the survey, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site is a preview

The Phersona product is not yet available. Everything on this site, including descriptions of features, capabilities, pricing approaches and timing, is forward-looking and provided for information only. It may change before launch, and some of it may never ship. Nothing on this site is an offer, a commitment to deliver any feature or service, or advice you should rely on. Any agreement to actually use the Phersona product will be made separately, on its own terms, at or after launch.

The waitlist

  • You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate details: your own name and an email address that you control.
  • Joining the waitlist gives you no contractual right to receive the product, early access or any particular launch date.
  • Any early-access places or launch-day benefits we offer to waitlist members are discretionary: we may set eligibility conditions, modify them or withdraw them at any time, and they have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • By joining, you agree to receive emails from us about Phersona, including launch news and marketing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the waitlist at any time.
  • We may remove waitlist entries that appear fraudulent, automated or abusive.

The survey

The survey is voluntary and anonymous. Please do not include personal information in it. By submitting responses you grant us the right to use them, including in aggregated or derived form, for product research, development and marketing. Because responses are anonymous, we cannot identify yours afterwards, so submissions cannot be withdrawn once made.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you must not:

  • probe, bypass or interfere with its security or anti-bot measures, or with its availability to others;
  • submit waitlist entries or survey responses by automated means, in bulk, or on behalf of someone who has not asked you to;
  • provide false or misleading information;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the site;
  • use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including the Phersona name, logo, text, design and code, are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Phersona name or branding without our prior written consent.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services (such as Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Cloudflare and content-delivery networks) and may link to sites we do not control. Those services and sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and all liability arising out of or in connection with the site, including any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data; where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for use of the site or NZD $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or other consumer laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may change the site, close the waitlist or survey, or update these terms at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
